How long do you have to stay off carpet after cleaning?

It can take anywhere between 8-24 hours for the carpet to completely dry, depending on humidity, type of carpet and temperatures. Using fans and turning on your air conditioning or heating system can help accelerate drying time.

Can we walk on the carpet after cleaning?

You may walk on damp carpets with booties or socks immediately. However, we do not recommend wearing street shoes, bare feet or letting pets in until carpets are completely dry.

How do you prepare for carpet cleaning?

We ask you to please vacuum your traffic areas before we arrive.

Remove breakable items such as tabletop lamps before we arrive or while we set up our carpet cleaning equipment.

For the best carpet cleaning results, dining chairs, ottomans and small tables should be removed from the areas you plan to have us clean.

Items with legs can be put on small pieces of plastic. Items without legs should be kept off the carpet with small wood or Styrofoam blocks.

I have had my carpet cleaned, but the spots have reappeared. What should I do?

Although most spots we have removed from carpet do not reappear, some substances in carpet backing may wick to the surface after cleaning and may require further treatment.
